We were doing very well until.....

We were doing very well until...... We decided our very old phone system need to be replaced. We did so with a Panasonic KX-TGF575S. Since then the new telephone seems to completely disabled the CPR ???? Any solution -- please help !! Thanks

Not working call blocker.

Installed the CPR call blocker. It does not appear to work. It does not show phone numbers. I am not harry with my purchase.

Customer service fraudulentand tech support is…

Customer service and tech support is NON EXISTENT. They do not answer customer service phone answer and the chat feature online for support tells you to call customer service. Call blocker USA appears to be a scam and I guess my next option is to report them to the FTC. I brought the v10000 and tried both set-ups. Appears to work only occasionally at best. Trying to reach out to company to return. Since they don’t answer their phone number I am to only assume the company is fraudulent and a scam.

No customer service at all

Live in Canada. Received a new V100K Call Blocker from the US and it looks used or conditioned and #2 doesn't work. I had a 10000 for years and it worked. It is now defective and I replaced it with the V100K that doesn't work. Called support numbers for the US and get these numbers have been disconnected. Sent email received a ticket number and it said someone would get back to me 10 days ago. Still no reply and I now have an expensive door stop.

I had the 5000 and it was very good

I had the 5000 and it was very good. I was reaching the limit of 1500 I could block when I got a great email that I could upgrade to 10,000 for $49.00 free shipping and i don't have to return the old one. I ordered it and everything went smooth. I am 79 years old and I find it easy to use and the directions are easy to follow. I am amazed the new one seems to be blocking more calls for me. I only have to block maybe 1 or 2 a day. Great packaging, customer service. A******

The quite is unbelievable

The quite is unbelievable. I keep checking to make sure the phone is working. Still get a few calls that i block . But it's GREAT......

Doesn't work

Doesn't work! Only help from support is a trouble ticket with no follow-up. Going back to my 5000 unit. Don't waste your money!
