Several months ago I took the offer to upgrade my CPR V5000 to a V10000. The V10000 arrived while I was away for two months. Soon after I returned I installed the V10000 and found that it was even better at blocking unwanted calls than the V5000. A few weeks later I received a call from a number I didn't recognize so I pressed the BLOCK NOW BUTTON. The display immediately displayed ERROR and everything I tried would not clear the ERROR message. I called support and tried everything they suggested but still the ERROR message remained. Support then said to return the defective V10000 and they would replace it. (I sent it 1/2/2021) After they received the defective unit they sent an email saying the replacement was on the way and they had closed the trouble ticket. (That was 1/22/2021) When I received the replacement, I installed it and it appeared to be working. Two hours later I received an unwanted call so I pressed the BLOCK NOW BUTTON and to my surprise the ERROR message immediately popped up. After attempting to clear it using all the methods I had been given previously the ERROR message was still there. I then went online and re-opened the trouble ticket (1/26/2021) and was told I would be contacted shortly. About a week ago I called their phone number and actually spoke to a person. He apologized and said he would contact the person that was handling my ticket. It is now 2/20/2021 and I'm still waiting for someone to contact me. Is that good customer service?

I purchased the Call block device for my parents. They are inundated with telemarketers on a daily basis. They are so thrilled with how wonderful this device works. They are no longer hounded by telemarketers, and love their gift!

piece of junk. still have to run to the phone to see who is calling and then block them. guess it is good for exercise
I should have bought this sooner
I should have bought this sooner. It has changed how we think about our phone. We were getting at least 4 or 5 robo calls each day. Some as early as 730 AM and as late as 10:00 PM. Now when our phone rings it is someone we want to speak to. Wonderful device.
