Very disappointing. Can’t block the numbers and even the lock list only shows 1 number even though there is more. I think the v5000 was better. I’ll give it another couple of days but I may end up returning it!

We are still getting calls that are not blocked,,they show with a odd number all the time.it's just the same

Previous call blocker v5000 was much better. This version wil not block a call by pushing the red button unless I answer the call. With the v5000, when I saw the call was unwanted or spam, all I had to do was push the red button without answering the call.

The trade-in V10000 was a terrific deal and I should have done it sooner! The unit was shipped and received quickly. Waited to write a review because I wanted to be sure it was accurate after using it for awhile. I'm quite impressed with its performance!

Smooth transition to hook up from the 5000 to the 10000,.

I still have not figured out how it is supposed to work completely. I have had a few calls get through and when I answered I heard nothing and then a bleep and I knew it was someone asking for money or selling something so I hit the call list and then block now. I did call customer support a week or more ago got put on hold and then they hung up !

The people that I dealt with were very helpful, I had experienced a few issues and they were resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. The product that I ordered was easy to set up and is functioning to my satisfaction

The new Call Blocker has only been in place for 24 hours. Normally I get several unwanted calls daily, but not any more. Surprisingly, the CPR upgrade does not notify whatever it has blocked and just silence reigns. And friends and even web identity confirmations pass thru as necessary.

I am seriously disappointed with the V10000 upgrade from the V5000 I had been using successfully for the past couple of years. The #2 feature does not work at all, and the Block Now button works only occasionally. I've tried both the Standard and the Parallel setup. The results are the same with both. I'm about to switch back to the V5000 which worked though it does not have all the features of the V10000.

Good looking. Easy to use. Works well.
