I ordered the C900 Flip phone and it…

I ordered the C900 Flip phone and it was delivered with no problem. I checked it to see if it was compatible with the service provider Q link wireless and it is not compatible. I think it is a great phone. I just can’t use it as I hoped to.

had two call blockers v10000 both…

had two call blockers v10000 both stoped working around 300 blocked calls I do not know what will be done now to help, update: no answer at customer service or tech support, phone just rings and rings. Are they still in business? They just send a auto answer by email. It is the same tel.# that no one answers. I just had a answer by a real person, they promised to get back to me in 3 days it is over a week now going on 2 weeks. You figure it out! I can not. Thanks for reading this.

V10000 ongoing problems

I started off with the first model until if reached maximum blocks. A replacement V10000 was sent and I am now of my fourth replacement. The main issue is that after around 50 blocks, using the handset to block a call by using the #2, somehow faults the system and the blocked numbers revert back to 0. This happened repeatedly and the service from the tech dept was excellent by promptly sending a replacement. Now, on my fourth edition of the V10000, my problem is an ERROR screen that states UNKNOWN INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE VOIP CALL. The tech had me try rebooting by leaving it unplugged for 2 hours - no luck, still same message on screen.

Not working the way it should, have to send back . not all calls need blocking.. need to send back for replacement. hooked up old callblocker for now.
