Twice now, I have taken advantage of a "Buy 1, Get Two Free" promotion. The first was for Bee Propolis, which I am a fan and regular user of, and the second was this year (2024), for ALA. You purchase from Amazon, review it, send them proof of having done so, and they ship out your two free bottles. I have had no issues with the supplements, nor the time frame they send out the free bottles once they have verified the purchase. I will continue to purchase supplements from this company and take advantage of their really good promotions.

Requested a cancel immediately after a purchase, as I got some info that this company is not as reputable as they make out to be. Low quality supplements. They replied to my email in person saying they ”opened a ticket”, but didnt stop the order. They shipped it either way so theres 50$ out the window.

Excellent company. Dealt with Mariel who went above and beyond to fix a minor problem of my own making. When you combine this level of service with the excellent products, there is no reason to go elsewhere for supplements.

I have been ordering Magnesium Taurate from this company for almost over 2yrs now and I must say that the quality is not only there in the product, but in their customer service too! In the past when I've had trouble redeeming a discount code online, they've not only honored it but given another going forward for my next order! The last thing they did for me which was *INCREDIBLE* was give me an order I was having trouble placing (because I'm in Canada), completely *FREE of charge*! I have Laura Walko to personally thank for this, because frankly this stuff has really made quite the difference for my wife with her anxiety and I'd have gladly paid for my order without issue (I was only inquiring about a discount code that wasn't working for me), but Laura just went the extra-mile for me and I can't thank her enough. They should know that this type of service doesn't go unrewarded, and I will always be glad I spent the money for a company that is truly deserving of my business thanks to people like her. I can only wish for her all the success and well being going forward, and may her career flourish over at Double Wood Supplements! They're lucky to have her :D

Good customer service

Not worth the trouble for international customers, especially for European customers I have a major problem with the transportation, especially during the customer inspections part. In the end, it is way too much trouble to handle the paperwork just for three bottles of supplements. Also, the transportation costs and customer costs x3 the initial product costs. NOT WORTH IT. Better to get similar products from local distributors or producers.

Based on smell and color compared to the same substances sold by other companies, their supplements are legitimate as far as I can tell. Their supplements are generally lower priced than others which in discussion forums generally raises suspicions of purity of their products. However because they are not the manufacturer, they have a third party lab test most all their products and offer a guarantee. A lot of people experience placebo / nocebo effect based on their perception of a brand as almost no consumer is going to take the time and money to have supplement tested. So any claims of efficacy or no efficacy are pretty much pointless unless the person had it tested in a lab. If anyone has read Consumer Lab reports, it is not uncommon for purity to vary from brand to brand depending on the substance. I've not heard any accounts of any products from Double Woods being proven by a lab to not contain what the bottle says it contains. So I will give them the benefit of the doubt. Assuming the product is of good quality the price can't be beat = 5 stars.
