I'm using Double Wood Supplements…
I'm using Double Wood Supplements L-Glutamine for gut health and possible leaky gut. It's only been a few weeks but I believe I'm seeing some improvement. I contacted customer support for clarification on the directions. My question was about taking it on an empty stomach and how long to wait, after taking the L-Glutamine, before I can have coffee. They got back to me quickly - I happened to check my email a couple of hours later and a detailed and helpful answer was already there! Excellent product and customer service.
They reported my normal purchase as fraud.
Bought from Double Wood via eBay first, then directly from their website, for the last two or three years. This week, I did a normal purchase via their website. They instantly flagged it as “spam” reported it to my card company, and closed my account. For no reason, it was a normal purchase that I have made before. Nothing has changed. I contacted them and they said after reviewing my account, they would not unlock it. Unacceptable.

Inconsistent responses and delays.
Was promised a refund after tracking show that the return was on its way back (never collected the package). Then I was told I would get a refund after the return was successful. Beware of this company. Reason for initial return was that their supplements are way below par, taking into consideration that they "pride" themselves of third party testing and high quality supplements. Which is is not.
I placed an order on the 14th of June…
I placed an order on the 14th of June and today is the 2nd of July and I have not yet received my purchase. Whenever I try to email them, the email is not being sent. I just got scammed. This company is the worst, some people have real diseases and are struggling to find the perfect medicine with whatever money they have, and yet there are scammers like this one that get sick people's money and live their lives. Absolutely, unforgivable. Disgusting behaviour! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS BRAND!!!
No way to cancel online - very disappointed
I'm editing my review below because the vendor read my note to them Monday morning (written Saturday) and canceled my subscription without requiring further input from me. Pleased with their prompt follow-up. Restores some of the trust. Extremely disappointed that there is no way to cancel a subscription online. This started out with me just wanting to cancel one item. I realized that there was no link to cancel. In fact if you search cancel on their site it returns no hits. So then I wanted to stop doing business with them entirely. If a company makes it this difficult to cancel an item it makes one wonder what other unscrupulous behavior they engage it. I don't want to buy a supplement for my health from someone I no longer trust.
Do not buy. They stoled my money.
I ordered supplements from them and for duty reasons never arrived. This was a month ago already. I've been for weeks trying to get my money back and they don't give any solution. They got 65$ from me and send nothing. I'll never buy anything from a company that do not respect their own customers. I'll go to police office to inform about this scam.

I placed an order with Double Wood Supplements on 08/04/2024, and the order was shipped that same week. However, that's where the issues began. The supplements were sent via FedEx, but I didn't receive any updates for 2-3 weeks. When I called FedEx, they informed me that the paperwork was incomplete, and customs couldn't clear the supplements. As a result, the parcel was sent back to Double Wood, and FedEx provided me with a tracking number. To my surprise, Double Wood had already received the package back and had it for a week without contacting me. I reached out to them, asking for either a refund or for them to re-ship the package with the correct information or through another carrier. They agreed to issue a refund but only after they received the package. I informed them that they already had the parcel and provided the tracking information. Despite this, it felt like I was talking to an AI chatbot, and it was an uphill battle to get any response. A week later, they confirmed the parcel had arrived and said they would issue a refund. After waiting two more weeks with no further communication from their side, I contacted them again. This time, they told me they had forwarded my case to another department that handles refunds and that I would receive my refund within seven days. Another week passed with no updates, so I contacted them again. Frustrated, I told them I would issue a chargeback if they didn't refund my money, but I preferred to handle it civilly. They assured me the refund had been issued and that it should be available within 48 hours. I waited 72 hours, and still no refund or update. I contacted them again, stating I would proceed with the chargeback. Since then, I have had no updates, and the chargeback is still pending, with Double Wood having 60 days to respond. In summary, the customer service at Double Wood Supplements is terrible. Communicating with them via email feels like talking to an AI assistant or receiving cookie-cutter, copy-paste template responses. They do not communicate effectively and fail to deliver on their promises.
Customer non-service
On June 8, 2024. I placed an order at the Double Wood website. Because it would be shipped to South Carolina, where it is already very hot, I paid additional for priority two-day shipping. I received a notice from Double Wood on June 10 that the order had been shipped, which meant it should have arrived on June 12th. On June 11th, I checked the tracking number and saw that it was scheduled for delivery on June 17th. I emailed customer service to complain about paying the additional charge and not receiving priority delivery. The message I got in response made no sense. It claimed it was an international order and thus basically out of their hands. The order arrived on June 15th. I emailed Double Wood on June 18th, again requesting refund of the extra delivery charge. The same customer rep responded again that it was an international order (again, despite the domestic delivery address) and, basically, too bad. When I filed a complaint with American Express, it took all of five minutes to have the issue corrected. How ridiculous that Double Wood couldn't manage that.
Great Company
I can only comment on their collagen, great product. Solved hair loss, dry skin and stiff joints. I purchased another product recently. Needed to return for personal reasons, emailed customer service, answered a few questions, got return info from Double Wood, provided tracking # and was issues a refund, all in less than 6 hurs.
