Very nice tiles that look the part but a rubbish returns policy for any surplus boxes. *22 Oct 2024 update* Upgraded the review after Bert and May agreed to refund the spare box of tiles and even organised for them to be collected.

Easy to order sample and v prompt delivery

Sue in customer service was brilliant. She realised I hadn’t bought the correct installation products for the encaustic tiles and contacted me and added to order with free delivery as the tiles had already shipped.
