Bert and May have been superb. I am currently fitting my kitchen and had order their beautiful zellige tiles. However, we underestimated the number of tiles that were needed for the fitting by quite a margin. Unfortunately, the tiles were no longer in range. But B&M were able to kindly help me out to make sure the fitting could be finished to the standard I expected. They have been amazing in terms of customer service, very responsive and supportive.
