Great choice of tiles, always helping with samples!

I haven’t received my order

I found them stressful to work with. I told them they had put the wrong tiles on the invoice and to be careful because if they werent we would then end up woth the wrong tiles. They assured me that had corrected the info for the warehouse and then lo and behold the wrong tiles arrived. I was so angry because it delayed out build project and put us at odds with our builders . In fairness they tried to sort the issue quickly and we did get the roght tiles ( albeit losing some in transit to breakages which isnt ideal). They never answer the phone in chelsea - beyond unprofessional and you can never get put through via the switchboard so we also had a wasted visit there as well.

Wrong tiles where delivered. They did get the new tiles sent out fairly quickly but now there is a 30 day return policy till I get my money back which I think is ridiculous seeing as we where not at fault. Everyone on the phone and email was perfectly pleasant but unfortunately it has delayed the project and in turn cost money.

I ordered a few of the monochrome style samples for my bathroom. The tiles appear to be of good quality and feel nice . They arrived quickly and fully protected in the box.

Everything as expected and arrived on time
