First set of tiles arrived mostly broken but Bert & May sent a replacement set the very next day, excellent customer service.

I’ve been an avid follower of Bert and May on Instagram for years and couldn’t wait to use their tiles when I had my own home. Beautiful selection of tiles and a wide range of colours and patterns too.I love the rustic, Mediterranean feel to their style. The quality is unreal. I had a lovely time selecting them via their website and ordered samples which arrived very quickly within two days to Northern Ireland. I also then had a design consultation over Zoom with Annie from the team which was very enjoyable and we looked over my bathroom plans and what tiles would go well in each of the spaces. It was free which was amazing and very worthwhile taking the time to book in as there were tiles Annie suggested that I had missed when perusing the site myself!!! I am finalising plans now and looking forward to making my first order. So exciting!!!!

I like the look of product online, but the samples and follow up were disappointing.

We feel misled during the order process as good value deal became much more expensive and we were not told why until we asked.
