I ordered about 10 different tile samples. They arrived in a million pieces. I emailed Bert&May customer service Friday afternoon and by Monday morning, Sue had replied, refunded my money and sent a new shipment of samples. Amazing customer service. Even broken, the tiles are beautiful and great quality. I will be ordering a full order from them based on their great customer service. Can’t wait for my new samples so I can pick the colour!

Anthropologie tiles are just beautiful and really make a statement, HOWEVER, quite high maintenance for a kitchen splash back! They are thick, so difficult to get plug sockets in around them and also they show marks very easily. But still very wow. Customer services good and helpful, tiles arrived on time etc.

Excellent and friendly help in choosing tiles. Mock up designs were extremely useful. No sales pressure just a polite email follow-up which served as a the reminder we needed.

Due to severe weather and a shortage of stock there were a lot of problems with my order but Bert & May couldn't have been more helpful, considerate and friendly. I cannot recommend highly enough. The tiles are lovely. Cannot wait to finish my project
