I love Bert&May and have been delighted with their reclaimed tiles, my shower looks fabulous. However when ordering additional sealant today the shipping costs ie delivery within the UK was £20!! This is way too much and not competitive, very disappointing but felt obliged to order. Follow up: B&M responded immediately to my concern and we have been able to resolve the issue. Thank you.
