Delivery time was quick, but the cost of the samples is crazy high compared to other suppliers who will send samples free of charge so you can see what you're buying beforehand. It's a lot to invest just to figure out if you're making a bad decision or not and the zellige / bejmat are identical to other suppliers - just a lot more expensive than other retailers

I have been liaising with Bert&May for a while and they were understanding of my delays due to plumber dates! Annie was most efficient and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend B&M and will be using them again for my other bathroom.

Would never use this company again - expensive product, waited 8 weeks, really bad quality tiles and then to top it all of a horrible experience with customer service. We thought it would be a treat to use them and it's turned into a nightmare. RESPONSE TO YOUR RESPONSE - I have been in a dispute with your company since March and it has been really unpleasant, I don't want to experience it again.
