Love the tiles - just beautiful. Can't wait to see them in the bathroom. However for 30 tiles my delivery charge was £35 within the UK - shocking! Also I ordered the wrong ones so needed to return and re-order. A further £75 charge. Disappointed.

Started with pleasant person in shop. Sample tiles ordered and was kept up to date with suggested delivery dat/time. Tiles delivered when out but easy to reorganise another delivery day.

Only ordered a sample tile but came very carefully packed and arrived promptly

Excellent telephone customer service

They sent the wrong tiles twice and two other times the tiles arrived broken or cracked. Would not recommend and would not use again

Brilliant service. Annie created us some brilliant visuals and brought my project to life. It was great to see what my bathroom is going to look like. We played around with different tiles and settled on our original choice. Also really help for my fitter to have a visual to work from. Excellent service thank you Annie!
