Tula in the Bristol branch has been extremely helpful and attentive since placing an initial order for samples. She’s advised on styles and layouts and has sent numerous emails to assist me in my purchase. The customer service has been second to none which has made my purchase an enjoyable one - especially when there is a lot of competition out there. I can’t wait to receive my tiles and see them in place! ☺️

(I ordered cement instead of porcelain) Incredibly helpful in guiding me through the process …. Great to get experienced feedback when you know absolutely nothing on the subject and are in charge of tile ordering!
