Bert and May were quite simply outstanding. From the assistance we got choosing our tiles, to helping us when a problem arose, and then advising us on the instillation, everyone was brilliant and kind. One member of staff even responded and sorted a problem when they were on holiday. We can’t recommend them highly enough. They also make beautiful tiles!
