This is the second time I have had a problem with an order and I have only ordered twice, so 2 out of 2 and a problem each time is not good!

Great products and customer service is excellent.

I have admired the Bert & May tiles for some time. We are building a new house and I would love to maybe have some of them as a new kitchen splash back and for one of our bathrooms. I ordered some samples and they were delivered today. They are beautiful! So very pleased so far and with any luck I will be making a purchase for our new house!

i ordered some samples for my bathroom , paid for the tiles then realized that one of the samples i ordered was going to take 2 months to arrive, i called them up and they refunded me the money straight aways, i then got the other samples and they had sent the sample that was cancelled for free! , gutted now as the one that takes 2 months to arrive is the one that was the nicest (typically). would use this company again
