I didn't order enough tiles, and needed a few more. By talking to one of the staff a pragmatic solution was arrived at and some sample tiles were arranged and sent to me very quickly.

Easy, quick and great tile samples

Haven’t received the tiles as they take six weeks to be made. However, I want to comment on the brilliant customer service I received from Emerald (and a gentleman from head office whose name I didn’t get unfortunately). I made an error with my order and they were so helpful and communicative and sorted it all out quickly for me. I can’t wait for the tiles to arrive and get on the wall as they’re so gorgeous!
