I was working with the owner of the Bert & May to solve a clients tile issue which was not going to be an easy fix. Through creative problem solving and everyone being accommodating we were able to provide the client with an exquisite tile selection for their vacation home. Everything came out perfectly. Great customer service and on time delivery. Unfortunately I can’t say the same for the product. The wall tiles I ordered were varying in sizes, this made installation extremely difficult. 200 x 200mm wall tiles but some were 198 x 200. Extremely poor for a very expensive tile.

I cannot rate the service that I have received high enough. Everyone at Bert & May that has been involved in my order along the way, have been wonderful

Ella was extremely helpful and quickly pulled together some sample mood boards based on my initial ideas. These have been a great help in helping me to try and finalise my colour and tile choices.
