I purchased a product from Display2go and received the product within the time frame that was given. However the item did not work well and had to be returned. Display 2go, returned my money without any problem, for which I’m thankful. The whole process worked smoothly! Very professional dealing with this company!

Excellent customer service.

I had bought a display. When we received it it was bent in the back and missing a wingnut. I had written a review regarding this. They emailed me and offered to send a new one free of charge. This kind of customer service went above and beyond!! The second one came without any problems.

The product was supposed to ship in a week. I followed up after 10 days only to learn that there was a 4 - 5 week delay. There was no proactive communication about this, so I cancelled the order.

Very Pleased triple Sign Holder

Very Pleased with most recent purchase of the sign holder. Triple that allows 3 signs in a triangle and saves room on counter and improves look.

I am very disappointed with the service…

I am very disappointed with the service I've received with this order. I have to date only received the toppers to the traffic cones w/toppers that I ordered on 9/14. On the day of the order I called customer service and asked it they were available and I was told they were. I've emailed twice and still don't have an answer on were the cones are and when they will be delivered. I was asked by co-workers if "Displays2go" was a scam. I'm starting to wonder myself. I'm very, very, very disappointed!!!!!

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. Product listed as 200x200 VESA compatible. It IS NOT if your TV uses M8 bolts. Contacted customer service. Still haven’t followed up as promised after a follow up email and 2 weeks elapsed. Found a work around for that. Adapted it to 400. Product is listed for tv’s up to 100 lbs. First time mounting my 6 series 55” Samsung(52lbs)on the unit, the posts immediately bent to a 45 degree angle. This product is junk.
