The sheet of paper from TWS turned out to be a just bigger than I figured but I got it trimmed up and fitted into the frame and looks great

shipping is terrible, took over 18 days to receive the goods. customer service is non existent, never answer phone, takes three days to get a useless email reply. everything made in China and packaging looks like it just fell off a boat onto a dock and then run over by a truck.

The worst customer experience! Ordered a heat lamp at the beginning of September with a 7 day ship guarantee. Paid extra for next day delivery. No updates, no heat lamp. Called yesterday and was told it is severely backordered. When asked why I wasn’t informed the answer was “they are trying to inform customers but it’s challenging.” How challenging is sending an email or calling or texting? If I had known I would jace canceled and found one somewhere else like my neighbors did. Now it’s too late. Horrible experience

I ordered patio heaters from these people on 9/11, said it was 7 days out. Obviously I was going to be patient with Covid. When I called today, almost 3 weeks since I ordered, telling me it's now 3-4 months out. Thanks for nothing!

The tripod was just what we wanted.

We ordered two podiums. The shipment came missing the top piece of one of them. I called customer service and they shipped the piece overnight and we had them all put together in time. It was obvious that no one had checked the shipment before it went out, but they made it right.

I ordered an outdoor heating lamp that said it would ship within 5-7 days - after 11 days with no update I called to check and was told thew order was cancelled and the product was not in stock. There was ZERO communication sent out that my order was cancelled. Poor business practices. I will not be ordering from this company again.

The display itself is very nice, however I was mislead by "Together We Served". I was expecting my USMC display to come mounted in the display frame. I am at a loss, as my printer will not print the correct size to fill the display frame. When I called your number about this, some woman said "well you can send it back". Just more hassles for an old combat veteran Marine that I don't need
