Delay due to outside vendor

Well, I had to call since over a week had passed and I hadn't heard about my item even prepped for shipping. Turns out it was coming through another vendor - and IDK if that was going to happen if I hadn't called. However, the item did show up and it was what I expected.

Ordered a sidewalk sign and they forgot to send the base with it. I have contacted the company with no response. Very let down as I was hoping to get what I ordered. Will stick to amazon if they cannot get this right

The two "hat and jacket trees (stands)…

The two "hat and jacket trees (stands) arrived timely manner and were in perfect shape. They were relatively easy to assemble. However they were too flimsy to hold the items we needed them to without weights placed on the legs of the stands. We packed them back away in their boxes but probably won't ever use them again.

Ordered propane outdoor heater with shipping within 7 days. At two week mark I contacted the company to find out why my order is still in processing status and they informed me that my order is on the backorder. Wish it would be indicated when the item is ordered or followed up with an email so customer is aware.

In these crazy times, it is such a relief and delight to speak with a customer service department, and its personnel, that is extremely professional and solved my issue within minutes. I was having a delivery delay which appeared to be "stuck" somewhere in Ohio. They got my order to me by shipping me a replacement order, and I received the merchandise in two days--no muss, no fuss. Thank you so much, and I LOVE the iPad stand! Thank you again.
