Ordered some garden furniture

Ordered some garden furniture, could pick up on day of choice. Did take a little while for furniture to come to collection point. Furniture didn't fit in car but the guys opened up the box and packed the furniture in the car. Lovely, comfortable furniture.

EXCELLENT experience!

Like my previous experience, this was faultless and the product arrived perfectly packaged and was “as it should be”. I ordered two 100cms planter trays and the courier company was obviously a good one, because the boxes didn’t look like they’d been to a war zone. Thank you LongAcres, as always, a pleasure ordering from your company! I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again, I can see that this company genuinely cares about what their customers think - and it shows!

Too long a delivery time, Amazon is so much quicker.

I have been asked to review a product that I am as yet to receive. How silly. When I ordered this chair from you I thought it was arriving in March, when it did not arrive I looked once more at your email. Unfortunately I had not realized the delivery date was not until the 8th of April. I ordered the chair about the 14th of March and I feel the waiting time is far too long. It is a lovely sunny day today and it would have been nice to have my new chair to use.
