Great price and quick delivery

I bought a bouquet for my wife for Mother’s Day and she loved them. As always

Ordered 2 large plant pots.badly packaged, literally just the pots with a bit of bubble wrap. No box, nothing. One damaged and awaiting replacement so am now another week without a large pot for dwarf fruit tree that desperately needs planting…they have since replaced the damaged pot. This time it was boxed, and arrived on Tuesday… first order took a week, replacement took 2 days! Thanks just a shame first order wasnt boxed or sent so quickly.

I ordered a national garden gift voucher, when I arrived to collect the person on the counter wasn't in a good mood and the voucher wasn't ready despite ordering over a week ago. The voucher just came stapled to an invoice sheet with the gift message printed at the bottom (it said online would you like a hand written gift message added to your card. The card had £30 scribbled on it. No envelope provided, with very poor presentation. This was a gift for my Mum for Mothers Day and on this occasion presentation and customer service fell below expectations.

Everything was fine just wish you had a two hour delivery window.
