No problems. However product was somewhat overpacked. Each of 8 bags of 6X designer poo was in its own box. Was that amount of protection necessary?

Update- contact received from Longacres advising that flowers were damaged in transit and new ones en route. Thank you for this Longacres - 5 stars reinstated. I have had wonderful service from you before and some truly stunning bouquets, however my recent order has still not been received and was to be delivered specifically on 27th March in time for Mother’s Day. The DPD tracker says that they have been advised that a parcel is on the way to them but it hasn’t arrived. The consignment reference is 3801477258 and parcel number is 1550 3801 477 258C. Please can you investigate this for me….as I said above the flowers I have had from you before are nothing short of outstanding so I’m sure this is a hiccup in the process. LF

I do not know your Garden Centre, but it is near to where my sister lives. Next week she and her husband will celebrate their Golden Wedding Anniversary so I ordered a gift card from you, for them. I bought bulky plant food / soil conditioner. It was delivered promptly.

This purchase was £500 less than my local garden centre with free delivery. Communication was excellent and delivery was as scheduled. Unfortunately one of the chair legs was damaged in transit but the response from customer service was swift and hassle free. A replacement was delivered a week later. I would definitely recommend this company.

I ordered fencing and trellis for delivery, which arrived as arranged, delivered by two really friendly and helpful guys. This is why we go to Longacres.

Really good range of plants, flowers, pots and gardening equipment. They also have some individual stalls with some unique features. I like the prices here as they remain competitive especially for the range of bbqs and equipment. They have a large range of fish and equipment. I have always found the colleagues here polite, friendly and helpful.

Ordered Mother’s Day flowers that haven’t been delivered. Supposed to be delivered on Friday - got a call on Friday saying would be delivered on Saturday. When I called on Sunday to complain hadn’t arrived DPD was blamed - apparently they are delivering flowers that have now been hanging around god knows where on Monday. Could I arrange to have the care home take a photo of them when they arrive on Monday. NO!! Could I call back on Monday. No proactive apology or solution. I will call back today & I expect better.
