Ordering easy, my only issue was after that I had no idea of what progress had been made after you handed it over to a nationwide carrier and because the carrier was not named or a tracking number not given I could not trace it! In the end I messaged your customer services who were very helpful and gave me the information needed and put my mind at rest. Then your carrier messaged and said they would deliver which they did so all is now well.

I’ve been sent an email to leave a review… ironic, considering I haven’t received the product yet. I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day on Saturday 15th March for delivery on Friday 28th March. It’s now Mother’s Day and no flowers… apparently there’s a delay and I have to wait until Monday for an update. I understand this is the fault of the courier and not Longacres, but I’d like to think that Longacres would QA the people they’re getting to deliver their items. The lead in time was more than enough. Currently the flowers are sitting in some warehouse dying - £54.99 well spent.
