This website and company is a SCAM. never make a purchase through them. We tried to purchase a phone for our daughter, made payment, never received the phone (even though the company provided made false tracking numbers), requested a refund and never received one. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, You will regret it if you do.

TOTAL SCAM - NO Product and NO Refund for 4 Months

TOTAL SCAM. Buyer beware. I ordered in APRIL 2023 - was supposed to arrive in a few weeks, they sent me the wrong tracking numbers 4 times, I have filed a complaint with FED EX and the BBB. It's now July. I've emailed, messaged on chat, and it's all lies and stalling tactics - they promised an update in 12 hours, but then don't reply. Now chat is disabled. Called in twice, hung up on. They said something happened so "sent" the order again - but it's a lie. I attached photos of the tracking they gave me, which is the wrong tracking, I went to Fed Ex and photographed it. It has the tracking they gave me going to a Sam Fletcher - 772412416530. They won't refund me, saying it won't go through, even though I can send them a request and they don't reply. It's all lies, stay away from this scam, I've told the company I'll remove the review if I get the product or refund but they just say it's an unusual experience. It isn't - or they wouldn't be sending a fake tracking number 4 different times. Don't be scammed, stay away from this company. Shopiosx flagged this for review - I have all the photos and emails to back up my claim - if they send me a refund, I have offered to revise my review, but they didn't contact me, they contacted Trustpilot to flag this review. I am happy to email Trustpilot all the photos, emails and the tracking they gave me for another person and the real time photos I got of it in the Fed Ex store.

Phone support is limited

Phone support is limited, but I haven't encountered any issues with the Nintendo Switch so far. The console was safely packaged inside a case and a ShopiOSx bag when it arrived. My kids have been enjoying the Nintendo Switch since we received it and everything has been working flawlessly.

my Google pixel 6 has free shipping. I bought it back in April, and so far, I have not encountered any issues whatsoever. The phone was listed as lightly used, but it looked brand new to me. What's more, I managed to snag this amazing device on sale for just $75. The value for money is incredible. I highly recommend the Google Pixel 6 from ShopiOSx to anyone in need of a reliable and affordable smartphone.

I brought a phone from ShopiOSx and while the prices were affordable and cheaper than StockX, I did experience some delays with international shipping. The package took longer to get through customs than I was expecting. However, once the phone arrived, it was in perfect condition and well worth the wait

I recently purchased an Apple HomePod from Shopiosx and so far, it has been working fine with no issues. However, I was disappointed with the lack of customer service when trying to contact them over the phone. The only way I was able to get a response was through email. While shipping was free through FedEx, it's important for a company to have reliable and responsive customer service channels in case any issues arise. Overall, while I am satisfied with my purchase, Shopiosx could improve their customer service experience for future buyers.

I was initially worried that my order from shopiosx may have been a scam due to the 21 business days processing timeline. However, I was relieved to receive my order via UPS freight on 6/10, exactly as promised. I wanted to take the time to review the products I received as they have exceeded my expectations. I ordered 7 iPhone 11, 2 Acer Predator Orion 3000, and 8 iPhone cases for the 11 Pro. All items were delivered in perfect condition and the iPhones are working flawlessly. I plan on reselling several of them and I am confident that they will sell quickly due to their excellent quality. The Acer Predator Orion 3000 is one of the highlights of my order. I was initially concerned about the fan noise, but to my surprise, the computer functions smoothly and quietly. I saw a few reviews online expressing concerns with the fans, but I am happy to report that I did not experience any issues. Shipping timelines do need to improve and the payment fees are expensive.

The reason for my 2-star rating on ShopiOSx review is because of the rude and rushed behavior of the lady who assisted me. She didn't explain the payment fee properly and was in a hurry to finish up with me. I felt completely ignored and disrespected as a customer. Furthermore, the parking situation at your store is terrible. It's a shame because I had a great experience with the iPhone 13 Pro Max I purchased from ShopiOSx, which connected perfectly with my carrier and has 100% battery health. I was hoping to purchase some AirTags and a clear care for my phone from your store, but the terrible customer service has left a bad taste in my mouth. I strongly urge them to improve the customer service at your Key West store. The AC is also too high, making it uncomfortable for customers to stay for long

I've been using Shopiosx for months now and have made thousands of dollars in sales. The platform is really easy to use and the customer service is top-notch. Recently, my account was blocked and I'm a bit upset about it, but the customer service team has been very helpful in resolving my issue quickly. I'm hoping to get my account up and running soon!
