I visited Shopiosx Chicago yesterday to pick up a order and was only able to find MagSafe chargers and iPhones. The store had a very limited selection, so I can only give them 3 stars for their stock selection. Their customer service, however, was top notch and I enjoyed my visit.

Sold my iPhone 13 Pro Max on 5/29/2022

The inspection process was quick and thorough, taking only a week to complete. The customer service team was really friendly and helpful, providing clear instructions on what I needed to do. I even got a free label to send off the phone. Once everything was done they paid me $700, which I thought was great considering it's an old phone.

Shopping at Shopiosx in Chula Vista for…

Shopping at Shopiosx in Chula Vista for the past few weeks has been a hassle due to limited parking. I recently ordered 10 iPhones and it was impossible to find parking, as there were no parking passes available. The customer service was only okay, so that didn't help either. All in all, it's been a 3-star experience here - could definitely be better!

I would not recommend Shopiosx Chicago. I visited their location and found the neighborhood to be questionable. The long wait times and lack of cash acceptance are also drawbacks. The service fees are also quite high, making it an expensive option. Based on my experience, I would give them 1 star - not ok ghetto!

Payment account locked can’t get paid

I sold my phone through them and received an email on 5/28 stating that my payout would be sent to my PayPal account. However, when I tried to access my PayPal account, it was locked and I couldn't receive the payment. Not only was this process inconvenient, but it left me feeling very frustrated and upset.

THEY DONT ACCEPT CASH! I had taken a 45 minute drive to the store specifically to purchase an iPhone XR, but was unable to do so due to their policy. This caused a lot of inconvenience for me and I would've preferred knowing this beforehand. The support agent at the store didn’t even seem concerned or helpful almost all of the XR colors are sold out…

Shopiosx supposedly offers a valid parking pass for the store but I tried it 3 times and it didn't work. As a result, I had to spend almost the price of my order on parking - which is absolutely ridiculous. Shopiosx should invest more in their services so that customers don't have to unnecessarily pay for something like parking.

My parking pass expired before I was done checking out, resulting in an expensive ticket. I reached out to the HQ and corporate regarding this matter, but have yet to hear back from them. This is unacceptable customer service and needs to be addressed immediately.

I recently purchased an iPhone 12 Pro Max from Shopiosx, and while the shipping process was super quick and efficient, when I opened up the box there was a glaring issue. The clear case that was supposed to be included in my order wasn't there! It was a huge inconvenience for me as I had to send in the receipt multiple times before they finally agreed to reship the case. Consequently, Shopiosx only deserves two stars from me for this experience.
