I ordered £69 worth of Medik8 as an online guest order. I filled in delivery address in Cambridge where I've been living for the past year and a half. However, the package was delivered to our old address in Winchester. The person I spoke to at Face the Future told me that the reason the package was mis-addressed to the old address was that their system used the address attached to my Paypal Express payment. She refused to accept that my actual online order listed the correct address. So it's £69 down the drain because the Face the Future system used the old address.

Informative, quick and easy is the best way to describe the virtual consultation. It was exactly what I was looking for and with the added bonus of getting a voucher to use against my first order.

Found at better price than on other sites, easy to order and pay for and delivery was about 3-4 days. Overall great service.

Do No Buy their product! Horrible customer service! I have bought few Jan Marino products from them which cost me nearly 300 pound, I have used the products for a month or so following the instructions but it just doest do anything! And if I want to use foundation I can't use their products as otherwise it just slides off with a touch. I asked them for a refund as Im not happy with the products, they not having it. Saying that "we are not going to refund you the money even if you send the product back". Plus the products they have send me they expiring in few month time before the 2024 I guess that's why they were on sale! I read the customer reviews before but I thought I still gonna go ahead but I learned my lesson, The Products they sell for this price iTs NOT worth it!!!!!!
