Really bad customer services, purchased an cream that gives me bad reaction and contacted,filled allergy form,send images,but they said they don't see that's an allergic reaction,like item wasn't cheap aither. Contacted medik8 for advice,they said they don't deal with face the future refunds and all that,whilst facethefuture said: medik8 approved and I cannot send back and item as it doesn't look I had reaction just flushed cheecks after using it. Ovialsy someone is lying !!! Maybe its the facethefuture. I will never buy from this company again and been shopping with them past 5 years. Absolutely appalling services ,repulsive, advice not shop as you will never see your money again, even you have rights.
