The Company are super friendly from day one. Everything is explained in depth. You are made to feel confident with the organisation as they are very professional and knowledgeable in the courses they provide. The training material is informative and as near to the actual theory test as you can get. I passed my theory first time using their material.

I have just passed my class 2 hgv i signed up for it with easy as hgv. Becky and all the team have been great and booked all the required elements in order for me to have a smooth journey through to completion. I was really glad to have taken out pass protection as I did need to use it after failing on the first attempt. Thank you Easy as HGV 😊

Everything went quickly and without stress from the first phone call to the start of the driving instruction. I recommend Ashley who kept me up to date with all the process through weekly calls and offered me the option to pay in several installments and even though I couldn't talk on the phone at that time he was patient and came back later with another call.

Overall, the customer service I have received from yourselves (Mary & Becky) has been incredibly pleasant, responses have been quick and detailed which shows you all know what you are doing and you all strive to make the customer's journey as smooth as possible. Your team are always polite and do their best to fulfil the customer's needs. From the experience I have received so far I would highly recommend this company for anyone thinking of doing HGV driver training.
