Every once in a while, you come across a gem of a business that truly provides a one to one experience, and really does value the service they provide their customers. For the first time in a very long time, I have actually felt the need to write a review based on a positive experience and I'll explain in greater detail below. Firstly, I would like to say that the service from every member of the team has truly been exemplary. Having had personal circumstances financially making it more urgent to get booked on to a course, I was listened to and helped every step of the way. I must give a particular mention to Eric. From the very first time I spoke with Eric, he was attentive, understanding and above all, friendly. He listened to me on the phone for over an hour on our first call together talking me through all of the options, answering all questions, but most importantly he made me feel like I was speaking with a friend rather than a business sales line, which was really appreciated. I have had regular contact with Eric since passing my theory and hazard perception, and will continue to do so and really appreciated the regular encouragement and reassurance with all of my tests etc. Not once have I felt pushed in to anything. I was given all of the information required to be able to make an informed decision, no guilt, no pushy tactics, just straight up friendliness and helpfulness. Eric is an absolute gem to your team. He has made me feel more confident than ever to achieve my licence and to be able to put my life right in terms of finances and for the first time in a long time, find some potential stability in my life and it's nice to know he has been there each step of this training process. I am booked on to do my practical now which I am very excited for, but without the help of Eric and also Agnetha, I may have had to wait much longer. So an absolutely huge thank you for the absolutely incredible service you have provided me. I wholeheartedly recommend you to people considering a start on their HGV journey.
