Training provided was relevant and sufficient, I have passed my C Cat on the first try. Helpful and friendly customer care team helping and guiding along the way. They got back to me to discuss recruitment straight after my test too. Cannot fault them. Very good overall experience.

When doing all my test everyone that I emailed was very help full one bad point one woman messed my dates up for my test supposed to have it in Bridgend then had to go to magor instead because that’s the only place they could fit me in but the two men that I had my lessons with were superb couldn’t fault them nice guys but it’s all done now so would like to say a big thank you to everyone 👍

The day I come on board with Easy as Hgv, I had no worries because of the staff was brilliant at what they do and they have guided me through out, step-by-step very supportive and helpful and I have been communicating with the following members and they’ve been fantastic. From filling in a contact form and my very first conversation, I cannot recommend this company enough. Eric, Mary, Becky & Carolyn couldn't do enough to help, firstly finding somewhere local for a medical, they did absolutely everything, including help with my CV to find a job after I'd passed. I don't think I've ever had better customer service.

Very helpful at getting me info, dates and courses . They managed to get me a test a week after my theory and were constantly asking how I’m doing and giving options on my next steps so thank you :)

Really friendly and helpful service, Dieter has helped me with any questions i have had, he was also really informative with all the tools they provide. I honestly expected them to be really pushy as they are selling you a service, but they aren't at all and allow you to make your own decisions but with their expert help. Brilliant company to use, i would recommend them to anyone.

These guys absolutely want to get you through the process of becoming a HGV driver asap! Any email I send they get back to me within the hour, I received my provisional in the morning one day and they rang me in the afternoon booking my theory. A pleasure to talk to James specifically who has helped me from the start. Can recommend completely to anyone unsure which route to take to getting your license. As a company, top quality, much faster and hardly more expensive than doing everything yourself.
