Tests4You is a good platform to order the test. They can provide the reference number immediately. My husband met an issue of receiving the reference number, their staff Harry helped us very efficiently. Recommend! Zhongmei

Extremely good service

Extremely good service. I made an error when inputting my results on the website and I was about to miss my flight. Jennifer, Ash, Ricky and Daniel worked through it with me to ensure I could board my flight successfully. Added bonus that everyone I dealt with was genuinely very nice.

Day 2 antigen test result

My completed day 2 antigen test was returned to Tests4you on Wednesday morning. As I hadn’t received an email confirming my negative result by 5pm today, Friday, I called Tests4you regarding this. I spoke to Harry, who was very helpful and forwarded this confirmation to me immediately.

Our flight was on Saturday early…

Our flight was on Saturday early morning and need test results within 24 hours. After registering my kit on Friday afternoon I called Test 4 You and Ricky helped me to forward our kit sample as priority and we received results with an hour. This was a massive help. Thanks to Ricky.

I hadn't received my test package…

I hadn't received my test package booking reference and couldn't fill in my passenger locator form. Andrew helped me very quietly and calmed me down as I was very stressed, he did everything very quickly and skilfully to manage to get 2 numbers ( I had bought 2 packages). He proved to be very understanding and very helpful.

Overall good experience

Overall good experience, after ringing Customer Service and speaking with Daniel. Be aware when buying home lateral flow fit to fly test kit the result is not immediate as it needs to be processed by an employee. Some other companies result arrives within 5-10 minutes from uploading. I was not expecting this delay and got quite stressed. I rang customer phone number at 8.30 pm (although on website it should be closed) and got helped immediately. Some people perhaps would not try to ring as information is not accurate about customer service opening hours. I have made no deductions as the test result are promised to be provided between 24 and 48 hours.

Customer service

We ordered two Day 2 PCR tests in December, but they didn't arrive. On our return from holiday, I spoke to Andrew who was very helpful and polite. He explained clearly what had happened and arranged a refund.
