Tests for you is difficult but the people you speak with are great

Tests for you is a total pain, however the representative called Daniel was a total star and was able to correct all the details that the website was unable to upload so for Daniel I give 5* however the website is a pain!

Andrew at Tests4You

We ordered Day 2- Lateral Flow Tests from Tests4You. They arrived promptly and we used the codes to complete the PLF prior to our return to the UK. Once back and trying to register the tests we experienced some problems so telephoned the company. We spoke to a representative called 'Andrew'. He carefully and patiently talked us through the on-line process until we had completed it. He promised to process our tests quickly, to e-mail our certificated and check we had received them. He was as good as his word, patiently waiting till I found his e-mails in our junk folders. We were very impressed with his highest possible level of customer service.

I couldn’t locate my booking code for my Government locator form so contacted customer service for help. Spoke to Ash who was really helpful and tracked down the number for me whilst on the phone and confirmed in a follow up email to me

The website has technical issues that need resolving but the customer service is excellent. Jasper could not have provided better service.

The website for registering and uploading documents definitely has some technical issues. I have used the service twice and the site is not user friendly. For example one has to populate the test to release details even when not using test to release. However, the customer service is excellent. Jasper helped me by phone and email and the issue was resolved within minutes. He could not have been more helpful.
