Paid final bill and early exit fee 3 weeks later still waiting for refund of 350 euros just been told there is a waiting time of eight weeks for refund diabolical service never again

Shane ensured that everything done was in an efficient, seamless, pleasant and very genuine way. You really could not ask for anything more. I have worked over the phone and in call Centre's for a number of years. This was by far the best customer service that I have ever received over the phone :) Thanks Shane, Kind Regards, Cora

Helpful, kind and patient customer service

Once more I called FloGas on the phone to understand the schedule in which both my gas and electricity billing are set. The call was quickly picked up and the customer service representative Yvonne Halpenny Layton was extremely helpful, kind and patient. We have been with FloGas for a few months now and not once it has disappointed in its excellence in customer service.

Got €1k fine just because the landlord broke our contract and had to move to another location. Do not recommend such a greedy company. Will never come back no matter how good prices they had. I bet they wouldn't worry about the review but stay away. ---- edit This nonsense you keep saying is above me. I not only got penalised by the landlord and we had to move the office, but got penalised also by you. I get that you are allowed to penalise me because you can. This is fine. I had the discussion back and forth with somebody when this happened (you can lookup my account 50058366). You just don't care. I just want to warn users and if I can stop at least 1 person from signing the contract with you I will be happy. ---- Edit 2 Just to let everyone know Flogas requested to take this review down instead of contacting me. So as I said - you don't care about your customers. Shame
