Awful customer service

Awful customer service, incorrectly billed me €4K as they read my meter wrong. Admitted their mistake after I had spent hours on the phone with them. The next month they incorrectly billed me the same amount again but this time with a €10 penalty.

I telephoned to enquire about filling out a form for vulnerable customers & got Kenneth, a very helpful person who not only helped with information but actually did all the necessary paperwork for me. A pleasure to deal with.
