The customer service agent I dealt with on the 5th of jan was absolutely amazing. Really went above and beyond and is a credit to your team. Her name was Alexandrea. I even got a follow up email this afternoon. I'm not easily impressed with customer service in Ireland but I feel this agent deserves a huge amount of credit and should probably be in a training capacity. Thanks again Alexandrea.
