£139/month😲, £109 excess with only £5000 max payout to cover a young healthy dog. Are these people for real?

We have been very impressed with Vetsure Insurance. Our puppy has had quite a few setbacks eg. She has eaten things which have been toxic for her and she also consumed some artificial grass. We were given support and our claims have been met fairly.

I took insurance out about a month ago and had an issue with payment, the site had taken my money but crashed before any information was sent to me. I phoned them up the next morning and they sorted it out straight away and sent me all my details. Very helpful and friendly on the phones and was very easy to get through to customer service!

I have just taken out pet insurance and was assisted through the process by Matt. Matt explained everything both professionally and very clearly, he answered all my queries honestly and the differences in the types of policies and excess payments.
