I hold back tears unsuccessfully writing this review. Wow, all I need to say is wow. I have been totally blown away this morning with a card and some forget me not seeds for the garden from all of the team at Vetsure. The card has been hand written and signed by each member of their team and I cannot express how much I hold you all dear in my heart for being so amazing at my difficult time. This might not be a lot to some people but it really is the thought and the little things that are treasured the most and I will treasure your card and kindness for the rest of my life. You all have literally shown how beautiful this world can be 💛 Thank you for being so wonderful and amazing. Teddy will be remembered forever 💙 Love to you all - Laura Blackburn x

Vetsure. No loyalty allowed.

Vetsure were fine for 7 years. No problems. A couple of claims. Paid out no problem. However at year 7 the price increased dramatically, which we offset by increasing the excess to reduce the premium. But at year 8 up it went by 34% from the previous year. It was clear they didn't want to insure our dog anymore and were purposefully making it an unreasonable cost. So we were forced to stop the insurance. Insurance was, in years gone by, a shared risk but unfortunately insurance companies nowadays seem to charge for personal risk - you dog is getting old so go away. Their reply when we cancelled seemed to support this - they weren't bothered we were leaving. So we started a separate savings account and all the money we used to pay Vetsure now goes in there every month to help pay for any Vet fees. I would suggest everyone does that from the start and avoid pet insurance if at all possible as it's not a fair system.

Never any issues with Vetsure

Never any issues with Vetsure. Hassle free. Not the cheapest but the cover is robust. Most importantly I do not waste precious time with filling in forms and waiting an eternity on a phone.

I cannot fault this insurance company

I cannot fault this insurance company. We have recently had to claim. It was simple and easy. The sign up was just as easy and the insurance documents were concise and free from jargon. We lost one of our pets in December. I only bucked up the courage to call in March, to cancel the policy. My call handler was so understanding and sympathetic. I even got a condolence card, signed by all the staff, with a pack of forget me not seeds. It means a lot that the company aren’t just about insurance. They realise how precious our pets are. Thank you Vetsure. I wouldn’t be happy with any other pet insurance company.

From day one Vetsure have been amazing. Quick and responsive, they have removed all the stress and pressure that is associated with an unwell precious member of the family. Vetsure are fantastic

Vetsure are fantastic, my little dog was very poorly and needed blood tests,a scan, and overnight stays at the vets to be on a drip.(who were also brilliant,without them I would have lost him) and they didn't hesitate pay. I can't thank them enough and fully recommend them.

I phoned to try and reduce my renewal costs, and spoke to a very helpful chap, so by increasing my excess per condition I lowered my monthly amount by a considerable amount, which was then £5 ish more than the year before. Which was ideal.
