Waste Managed have really improved their service over the past year. Much better communication and customer service.

Courteous and efficient.

Appalling and dishonest customer service and communication, have left us with overflowing bins for three weeks, speak to a different person every time and everyone has a different story Watch out for the extra charges - our costs have gone up and up, AVOID AT ALL COSTS In response to Wastemanaged reply, the account was put on stop due to £40 being overdue by 3 days, it was rectified immediately when I realised - my bills are between £300 - £400 per month! I have have received an email to say that you will not be sending me the requested telephone conversation recordings due to being a limited company - how convenient for you.

An absolutely shocking company to Work with. I would strongly recommend to anyone considering using this company to stay well away. They was extremely quick to send agreements to sign and invoices to pay but when it comes to collections it is an absolute joke. We have waited over 8 weeks for a collection and no one seems to care. I have asked to terminate the business as they clearly are unable to facilitate collections but no I have to pay to terminate as I have breached the agreement even though they have not kept the collection agreement. 4 weeks ago I was told to leave all extra waste out with the bin and it will be removed. AGAIN another waste of time that led to an infestation of rodents due to the waste sitting there so long. I have had to purchase to remove all the excess waste following failed collections which Is an extremely heavy expense for a non profitable organisation. This is clearly quite a popular issue after seeing comments on thier social media pages. We have been left having to work with a company that we simply have no faith or trust in and can't move on without paying a termination fee. Anyone that's considering working with this company don't do it STAY AWAY its not worth the stress.

Paul was extremely friendly and helpful. After the phonecall had ended, I had a few more questions which I popped across in an email and within a few minutes he called me back to answer them for me. Would highly recommend and a great price too!

I would give minus stars if that was possible. Again you have let us down with not collecting our rubbish.. do you have any idea how frustrating this is and how we then have to manage the build up of rubbish then spend our precious time on the phone again to see why it’s not been collected. No is the answer because if you did you would collect when you were supposed to..I could go on but we know there is no point.

Had a little issue, but Colin (hope got the name correct) was absolutely amazing to resolving it for me
