Appalling, do not use.

This was my first time using Wecasa, and I had hoped it would lead to a regular arrangement. However, the experience has been far from satisfactory. I specifically paid extra for a thorough deep clean, including an additional charge for the cleaner to provide their own cleaning products. Despite clearing this payment, the cleaner arrived without any supplies. They informed me that Wecasa had not communicated the requirement to bring their own cleaning products. This oversight has resulted in an unsuccessful cleaning session, as we now lack the necessary supplies to complete a thorough deep clean as promised and paid for. This situation is unacceptable, considering we have been charged extra for a service that was not delivered. The service is not in-expensive, £55 for 2 hours of work and therefore very much not worth the money. Their customer service states they will respond to issues within 48 hours, it has now been 1 week.
