i got a tracking number from you that FedEx would deliver my PC today but that did not happen. the tracking information says it has shipped but it looks like it has not. you have taken my money. Where is my PC???

Great prices. Rep was helpful. Hopefully the computer will work as advertised. Since purchase there were some problems. First, no one answers the phone. Held for more than an hour on 2 occasions with no answer when trying to figure where the product was. Finally resolved on line.. Product was ordered on Dec 3. Fedex says it will be here by the 19th of Dec. A far cry from 2-3 days.

Quick service, everything was accurately described, good value, what's not to like? (Had one small glitch with wrong RAM, which they corrected promptly at no charge.)

Computer was damaged in shipping. Was replaced right away. Great service.
