The computer arrived in what appeared to be excellent condition. I connected the computer and have not been able to do anything with it. It does not work! I would not recommend buying a computer from this company! This was a total waste of money!

I have purchased 4 computers. One desk top ceased to work within 6 months. I called but was told that there was nothing you could do. Wow. The price is right but not even minimal support was given for my problem. I WOULD SUGGEST THAT COMPLETE AND COMPREHENSIVE DIRECTIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS ACCOMPANY YOUR SHIPMENT OF THESE USED LAB TOPS\ AND DESK TOP COMPUTERS.

Poor quality, unregistered versions of microsoft, ordered 5 computers, two keyboards didn't work, a mouse was smashed during shipping, and I could never ever get anybody on the phone to fix it. Terrible customer service. You get what you pay for.
