no one answered email or phones, i have phone with dead code, i have tried to call multple times for last three months, left message, no one helps to fix the computer, I hope that someone can offer a suggestion or something to fix the computer, other wise it dead so is my dealing with the company

I ordered a system with two monitors. Only one monitor came and the system wasn't capable of running two monitors. Packing was very poor, lots of room in the box for the items to move around. I returned everything using the return label printed from the website within the 14 day return window. My money was refunded in full within a few days of getting the returned package. I have since purchased from another supplier. I was pleased to get all my money back, but it delayed my business start up as I wasn't able to sign up for a class. I now have to wait until the next class.
