Deep clean The lads explained everything into detail from start to finish what a great team you have working for you.

Jamie the engineer was on time, respected our property was mindful of the nature of our business and has taken time today to explain to me how he would work to clear an outside area. Jamie cleared up as he worked away, what a credit to your company, and he tells me he is a top GOLFER too.

Turned up on time, explained the work to be done, and time likely to take, completed the job to a very high standard, a very friendly man too. Thank you to Kristian.

Unfortunately the customer service is very poor. Since the moment I called to request a quote, It took weeks to go back and forth with the office, and the sales person over phone/email - and there was no one else to speak to when the sales guy was on annual leave. So I waited another week and then said I would take my business elsewhere - well, then they book me straight in…! Once booked in, the communication between the guys who book the jobs and the teams that go onsite is shocking. A lovely young lady turned up to my house at 2pm (I was told from 9am) and was very apologetic and polite. She had been sent to do a 4 hour job which was not correct and should have been booked in for the whole day, for two people. She was unable to complete the job in one day, and was unable to get up onto a ladder on her own. Luckily, she managed to arrange a second day to visit with a second pair of hands, and luckily I could rearrange to be at home again. I have the say, they did a very good job while at my property and they were very friendly and professional. But this is not what I expected for the money that I paid. Because of the delay with communication and the confusion with visits and how long it would take to finish the job - I wouldn’t recommend Retokil to my family or friends.

The organisation from Emma in arranging our clean was great, well organised and great communication. Shaun and Mike who came to do the clean worked really hard, were professional and polite during the two days they were here and did an excellent Job!

Truly shocking experience. My young daughter has cystic fibrosis and after 8 months of repair work in our house that required us to live in temporary accommodation, the house needed a deep clean to remove the dust before we could move safely back home. Knowing we were vulnerable and desperate due to having been let down elsewhere, they massively overcharged us. We could have accepted this if they had done a good job, but despite paying for 3 workers to be here for 8 hours, I could not see what they had done. They were paid to clean inside the kitchen cupboards and drawers but did not do it. When I looked they were covered in crumbs and 8 months worth of dust. They were paid to remove dust from light fittings. Here they smashed a glass pendant, and the other light fittings still had dust and cobwebs on them. There was sand and dust in the bath, the en suite wasn’t touched at all despite them claiming they had. The utility room was dirtier than it had been before they came with muddy foot prints covering the floor that hadn’t been there previously. There was new mud on the floors elsewhere and both toilets had urine in and on them that had not been like that before their arrival. They chipped new paintwork and significantly damaged the wood on our banisters in two places. Basically, we were charged a huge amount for them to damage multiple items and not clean the areas they were paid to clean. To make it safe for our daughter to return home I had to clean the house myself from top to bottom the day after their visit. A supervisor came to try and rectify the problems but it was he who broke the pendant and chipped our brand new freezer handle. He rectified a couple of the issues but the vast majority were still not done. We were utterly appalled at the dishonesty, the lack of care taken to avoid damaging our home, and the dreadful so called ‘clean’. We were charged a significant 4 figure sum because they capitalised on our vulnerability, and they didn’t deliver any of what they were paid to deliver, damaging multiple items in the process. I wouldn’t go near this company ever again.

Both guys that turned out to do a full Bio Hazard sweep of the premises. They turned up on time and ready to rock. They were professional and courteous throughout their visit and completed the task in a timely manner. Both guys are a credit to your company. Very happy Will Taylor
