I enquired about an emergency fogging to eradicate covid from our new home. I called out of hours on a Sunday evening. Had a call back within minutes. Was assigned a local agent Debbie who was so friendly, knowledgeable and constantly went out of her way to get us an earlier appointment given the urgency of our situation. We had agreed an appt for 8am the following day but got a calling asking if the fogging could actually be carried out that night, earlier than agreed. Fantastic. Alex attended. He is a great character, very professional and did a really thorough job. We left fully confident in the service he was providing and weren’t disappointed. We could not have asked for a kinder team who went over and above to help us from start to finish. I would recommend with 100% confidence.
