I was not very impressed with how the first technician, Melvin, handled my call. But after managing to speak to the Area Manager, Stuart, he was very cooperative, even out of hours. Stuart ensured that my job would get done at the time I was available and followed the call through to the end. He informed me that a technician agreed to come out to me at 8pm in the evening. The young man that attended called Ali was amazing. He made a very stressful situation VERY CALM. He was very attentive and non judging, as I was very embarrassed with the nature of the issue in my bathroom. He made the whole experience a pleasant one. He carried out the work perfectly, and paid attention to ensuring my health and safety was paramount at all times. He ensured that he cleared and covered all areas that needed attention. He was the epitome of a dedicated, hardworking and diligent technician. I only wish there were more out there that had his work ethic.
