We had an issue with our urinal pipe in the offices which was blocked and required coring out to clear. After numerous attempts to get someone out we finally got someone almost 10 days later. This is the very poor bit! If only the service department responded like the engineer who attended site this would be a 5 star rating. His name was Michael Rolls and what an absolute credit he is to your business. Although the problem was later found to be between floors that did not stop him doing his utmost to clear the problem. Although difficult and getting coated in muck he cleared the problem and tidied up afterwards without an issue... a true professional we could all learn from!! Thankyou Michael for your support yesterday it was really appreciated and perhaps an example to the rest of the team how to respond to a customer issue.

Cleaning and sanitising a church where the bats had been having a party. Excellent work, now beautifully clean and sweet.

I had not been happy with the initial service we had received, however the company were very quick to address the issue and send out another team. These gentleman Rob Duckles and Scott Edgar were absolutely superb. The area to be cleaned, a bell tower, was a difficult cramped space but they went above and beyond in order to clean and sanitise the whole area. Including the stairs in the tower which was not actually included in the schedule of work. Nothing was too much trouble I would not hesitate to recommend them they were professional, friendly and very knowledgable.

A thorough job was carried out by David Jones today. He was courteous and hard working. He treated the owner of the bathroom that needed specialist cleaning with the greatest respect and the cleanliness of the bathroom was far more than I was truly expecting. I cannot thank him enough for the work. I highly recommend Rentokil Hygene you will not be disappointed.

We had a very unpleasant leak in one of our stores and Rentokil came out to clean up the aftermath. The entire service was quick, professional and completed to a very high standard.
