Booked to come and remove Graffiti from wall. Jamie was very courteous young man. Worked on it for an hour. Graffiti not removed entirely but knew that might happen. It’s better than it was. Thank you to the team.

They confirmed an appointment at very little notice and the technician was prompt , polite and able to complete the works effectively.

The cleaners did an excellent job. They communicated exactly what they were doing during the job and left the flat hygienically clean, after inspection, once they had finished. They were polite and amicable throughout and managed to salvage some items which we thought would have to be disposed of. I cannot fault their professionalism.

We are very satisfied with Rentokil but one star has been deducted as somewhere along the line the request for items to be sent to a contact address instead of the presently unoccupied address where the work was carried out was ignored. Also invoices were not delivered promptly after they had been created thus causing reminders and final demands to be sent out. Could that have been because of home working? Other than these clerical errors the staff were really helpful and efficient and nothing seemed to be too much bother. Everything which was requested was done efficiently and on time and we would certainly use their services again.
